I ask this question to my friends a lot now, what does your beauty routine look like?

Do you use everything under the sun to try and keep your skin healthy or do you like something simplistic? A lot of women say there is so much going on in the day that the easier it is the better. I know for myself it is a big deal I have so much going on in the morning that I wash my face and put my makeup on in about fives minutes and get out of the house at night I have more time to actually wash and use the face scrub. I know it is important to take care of my skin on a regular basis especially now that age is creeping in on me.

A more natural approach.

Our skin is subjected to so much during a day by pollutants in the air our water, the makeup we use (unless we are totally into the whole natural beauty care product things) 

and we don't think or realize what we are actually putting into our system because remember the skin will introduce anything that is taken into the pores right into the bloodstream good or not good. 

I am seeing a movement into more natural ingredients from what we eat and buy there is a big movement towards something better for the environment our selves and our future. We are seeing a change in what people are willing to buy and not buy, the grocery store is seeing a huge change into a natural non-gmo movement and we have natural product stores popping up everywhere.

 The idea is simple.. literally simple use things that are good for you that aren't all chemicals and actually makes us feel better instead of possibly slowly killing us with things that kill bugs and animals and ourselves. There has been so much research on chemicals that are used to preserve makeup that can actually cause more issue then help. What is the point in that? We want easy and fast and simple and we don't see that as easy when it comes to natural and it should be. 

This is the thing I have realized with all of the products from 5280nrg, it's easy to use great for my skin and there are no bad chemicals that are going to be introduced into the system that could possibly damage my so very important organs that I need to survive with, cause I only get one of each and well I want to be able to use them as long as I possibly can. It is feeling a bit cooler as the start of September hits, there has been a lot of night temps where we can leave the windows open and we are actually starting to harvest some of the things that we have grown, gotta love a garden.

But I have noticed that my clients on the table are dry. Their skin is so dry from the weather changing. The weather here causes our skin to be so rough  and with no humidity even drier. 

I can't ever find anything that works on some of the worst cases of dry skin. I recommend to my clients that they should get a body scrub done. Now that I have an awesome body scrub to use from 5280NRG I use that in my private practice and my clients are in love with it.

afterwards they are soft and supple and their skin is thanking them for such a wonderful treatment it helps clear out the pores and cleanse at the same time as we are exfoliating the skin. the ingredients are all natural, you will see this a lot from me it is a very important detail in my ideas of what we should use on our skin.
